Fermento Amber Ale is an unfiltered beer produced according to a unique recipe.
It is rich in hops, which are balanced by carefully selected malt flavours. The yeast gives the ale a unique, mild and fruity flavour.
Amber, naturally cloudy, with sparkling carbonic acid.
Floral, notes of gingerbread, chocolate and black tea.
Malty, pine, orange and caramel flavours.
Swiss hard cheese, e.g. Gruyère and mountain cheese; gourmet salami and ham.
