Fermento Mistral is a modern wheat beer and our new summer beer.
The strong north-westerly wind, known as the Mistral, flows through the Rhône valley and rushes down to the Mediterranean.
It refreshes the air, brings cool breezes and brings everything to life.
The Mistral (master), named after the ancient Roman nautical compass rose, always steered Italian sailors safely back to Rome.
Fermento Liberica, an award-winning dry stout with roasted flavours that combines the coffee and chocolate notes of the stout with cocoa and toffee notes in a light beer.
Perfect with meat: Liberica goes perfectly with hearty BBQ and red meat and harmonises perfectly with smoky flavours. Liberica also goes well with mature cheeses such as Cheddar and Gruyere
Black, naturally cloudy.
Chocolate, coffee, vanilla. With notes of black pepper.
Trocken, intensiv, intensive Kaffeenote, dunkle Schokolade.
With its rich and intense flavour, Liberica goes well with grilled smoked fish, red meat and hard cheeses such as Gruyère, Gouda or mature Cheddar. White and dark chocolate as well as desserts in a glass (e.g. tiramisu) are also a perfect match.
