Our award-winning traditional brewery is located in Basel and serves the entire Switzerland We brew beer and develop unique recipes using special ingredients to ensure a distinctive taste and aroma.

As a family-run business, we dedicate ourselves to our craftsmanship with a passion for beer and beer-related gastronomy and cuisine. The tips we share in our Beer Blog are the result of years of acquiring knowledge about beer from countries such as Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Belgium and more.

We sell our handcrafted beer through our online shop. Although we don’t have a physical store, we organize tasting events at our location in Basel and at various pubs, hotels, restaurants, and bars that collaborate with us to both purchase and sell our products.

Our brewery in Basel produces award-winning, fine, and tasty beers:

Amber Ale: Ale with a unique, mild, and fruity flavour.
Golden Breeze: fresh Pils, balanced with malts and hops aromas
Mistral: fruity wheat beer with mango aroma.
Liberica: award-winning dry stout with chocolate and coffee aroma.
Ventuno: delicious honey beer, and not sweet.

We specialize in the production of brown and craft beer, and we follow a long tradition of brewing beer. The origins trace back to the kitchen of an Italian who lived in Scotland and gained extensive experience in brewing beer there. These experiences span across Switzerland, Italy, and various parts of the world.
