All Fermento beers are very well balanced. The flavors of malts, hops and yeast are all present in the beer and their taste harmonize with each other. We recommend the Fermento beers as refreshing aperitif, both in summer and in winter, and as a very valid alternative to wines, because they perfectly pair with a wide variety of dishes we create for our diners, but also at the end of the meal as a “meditation” drink”

All Fermento beers are outstanding, each one of them rich in flavor and well balanced in its own elegant way. My top favorite is the Liberica, a deluxe stout with sumptuous chocolate and coffee notes and a most exquisite velvety texture. I can say wholeheartedly this is the best beer I have ever had! It pairs deliciously with fine meat dishes as well as with white chocolate, the latter pairing making a most exquisite and surprising novel taste experience!
The Mistral, a delightful Weizen with a highly enjoyable and refreshing tropical touch, is also a favorite and pairs wonderfully with cheese dishes and deserts.
