Look for Fermento Mistral and Liberica in the brewing and smoking shop. They are available in the speciality beer section.
Our Fermento Mistral, a wheat beer, is not only brewed with special German white yeast, but also with a special hop that gives it a characteristic mango flavour. Our Stout Liberica is also available here. It is made with a blend of six different types of malt, using the right amount of roasted malts to give a special coffee and chocolate flavour.
The brewing and smoking shop also has everything you need if you want to brew your own beer: Malt, hops, yeast and all the necessary equipment. At Fermento Brewery, we source all our ingredients from the brewing and smoke shop because we are sure that they have been carefully selected and tested for their high quality.
