In the George Bar and Grill we offer exclusive drinks such as cocktails and a selection of the best wines and beers. We have selected Fermento Amber Ale for our customers as one of the 3 beers available in our drinks menu.
Fermento Amber Ale is a modern red beer that is highly appreciated by our customers. They love its fine taste and the very pleasant aroma.

All Fermento beers are very balanced. The aromas of malt, hops and yeast are all present in the beer and harmonize beautifully with each other. We serve Fermento beers in our restaurant as a refreshing aperitif, as well as a good alternative to wine, as they go perfectly with a variety of dishes that we create for our guests, or as a nice end to the meal as a “nightcap”

Excellent craft beers, each with a unique taste. Good for an Apéro, in combination with food or just to chill out. My favorites are the Amber Ale and the wheat beer, but all three are great and I’m really looking forward to new varieties in the future. The delivery service is also very efficient. My Fermento year began with a soul child: the beautiful Bernstein. Strong-willed. A mature, balanced personality, crowned by a lively foam. Then a blonde came along. A sun-drenched spirit that chases away the winter chill with its golden hue and the promise of passionate Pilsner. A summer breeze blew through a refreshing wheat beer. All Fermento beers are excellent, each of them rich in flavor and balanced in its own elegant way. My top favorite is the Liberica, a deluxe stout with luscious chocolate and coffee notes and an exquisite velvety texture. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best beer I have ever drunk! It goes wonderfully with fine meat dishes as well as white chocolate, the latter resulting in an exceptionally exquisite and surprising taste experience!
The Mistral, a delicious wheat with a very enjoyable and refreshing tropical note, is also a favorite and pairs wonderfully with cheese dishes and desserts.Amber Ale and Golden Breeze are also excellent and well-crafted works of beer art. In summary, a wonderful and intense taste experience, Fermento beers are second to none!”
