Subject<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following general terms and conditions (\u201cGTC\u201d) are the exclusively applicable conditions of the contractual relationship between Fermento Brewery, Rohrhagstrasse 2, 4104 Oberwil (\u201cFermento Brewery\u201d) as the operator of the website \u201cFermento-Brewery.com\u201d and the Buyer (&#8220;customer&#8221;) of the products that are offered on the aforementioned website. Additional agreements on deviations from these conditions are binding for Fermento Brewery only if in writing .<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Order and termination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orders are only accepted from people who are at least 18 years old. The age must be confirmed with the date of birth. In addition, the customer&#8217;s place of residence must be in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>The order, including the order for the shipment of the ordered goods, is deemed to have been placed and the order as accepted as soon as the customer accepts these general terms and conditions via the Internet with the field <strong>&#8220;I have read the general terms and conditions and hereby confirm them<\/strong>.&#8221; triggered by means of &#8220;CONFIRM ORDER&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Such price changes have no effect on goods that have already been ordered.<\/p>\n<p>The customer pays for the goods ordered either by, bank transfer \/ prepayment or credit card.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum order value is a package with six bottles. Discounts are not recognized.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The delivery area covers the whole of Switzerland. The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order.<\/p>\n<p>Deliveries are made with the Swiss Post. Fermento Brewery assumes no liability for consequential damage as a result of the delivery (product damage and mishaps) and as a result of delayed delivery. In the event of product damage, the customer is asked to notify the postman immediately or to contact Swiss Post as soon as possible via telephone +41 (0) 848 888 888 or via email: <span id=\"cloak6b7ce0e3f74f1e4b15b9305065699104\"><\/span><a href=\"mailto:kundendienst@post.ch\">kundendienst@post.ch<\/a>. The post covers damage caused as a result of the transport. If the delivery is not received by the customer and this is his own fault (failure, refusal, absence, wrong address, etc.), the customer must bear the return delivery costs incurred. The customer can also request a second delivery at their own expense by paying the delivery and processing costs in advance. A second delivery is only possible within 30 days of receipt of the return box by Fermento Brewery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In principle, Fermento Brewery undertakes to only offer goods of flawless quality, which meet all the requirements of Swiss legislation, on the website and to publish correct data regarding the properties of the goods for sale.<\/p>\n<p>Our products have a limited shelf life. We recommend storing them properly in a cool, dry place and protected from the sun and consuming them before the best-before date. We take no responsibility for dissatisfaction due to personal taste attitudes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Obligations of the customer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer guarantees that he is authorized to conclude a contract in accordance with applicable law, in particular that he is eighteen years old. It is up to the customer to enter the correct delivery address. The customer must check the delivery within five working days at the latest. Fermento Brewery must keep defective or incorrect delivery items available for return. The data may also be used by Fermento Brewery or a business partner to send newsletters or promotions.<\/p>\n<p>Any further use or distribution is excluded. The customer authorizes Fermento Brewery to create copies and electronic recordings (log files) of all transactions for their proof.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.
